FSOFT expands office branch in eastern Hanoi
Hanoi Department of Construction and Infrastructure Development (FID.HN) has officially completed and handed over FSOFT’s new office in Long Bien, Hanoi. This expansion in the Capital of Vietnam not only supports FSOFT’s rapid growth but also provides a more convenient workspace for employees living in the eastern part of the city.
Located at Son Duong Building, 6 Vu Duc Thuan, Long Bien District, Ha Noi, the new office spans two floors with a total area of 1,860 square meters. Situated near key transportation routes such as Chuong Duong Bridge and Dong Tru Bridge, the facility offers easy access and a capacity of nearly 500 employees, with potential future expansion to accommodate 1,000 – 2,000 people.

The design of the FSOFT Son Duong office draws inspiration from the historic Long Bien Bridge, reflected in its ceiling, walls, floors, and especially the reception area with stylized decorative lines. The seating area symbolizes the sandbanks beneath the bridge, complemented by green carpeting that mimics the flowing Red River. Adjacent to this space is a co-working zone inspired by the river’s midstream islet, featuring golden desks representing sandbanks and lush greenery to create a seamless connection between nature and the workplace.
According to FID representatives, construction began on February 15, with initial plans to deliver one floor by April 15 and the remaining floor by April 30. However, the team exceeded expectations, completing the project 15–30 days ahead of schedule while achieving 25%–30% higher efficiency than originally projected.

As with any construction project, the FID team faced numerous challenges, from legal compliance and safety protocols to logistical hurdles such as dust control and round-the-clock work shifts to maintain deadlines.
Pham Nghia Dung (FID.HN), the project representative, shared that the motivation to provide a more accessible workplace for FSOFTers and fulfill the company’s expansion goals drove him and his team to push their limits, ultimately delivering the project ahead of schedule. “Many people have asked me when an office in Eastern Hanoi would be available to make commuting easier. Now, I can finally answer with a modern workspace that aligns perfectly with FSOFT’s expansion and pioneering vision,” Dung affirmed.
Details regarding which departments will be allocated space in the new office will be announced in the upcoming news!
