FSOFT honors the unit that won the Level UP award for the 2024 Japanese language training program
On the morning of December 9, 2024, during the regular December meeting with the Chairman of FSOFT and representatives from various FSU units, the Language Training Institute (LTI) and the 13K5 JSE program held a ceremony to honor the units with outstanding achievements in the “Level UP Japanese 2024” campaign. This campaign is a competition between units with employees participating in the Japanese language training program.
The award-winning units are those with the highest number of employees advancing to higher levels in the Japanese language training program (based on the size of the unit) from July 10, 2024, to November 30, 2024. Specifically:
- FLY UP Award worth 50 million VND per prize, awarded to the FSU with more than 500 learning hours: FI unit won this top award.
- MIDDLE UP Award worth 30 million VND per prize, awarded to the FSU with 200-500 learning hours: FSG unit was recognized with this award.
- LIGHT UP Award worth 20 million VND per prize, awarded to the FSU with fewer than 200 learning hours: GPE unit received this award.

This is a reward to encourage spirit, create motivation to help units encourage employees to study, possess certificates, foreign language skills in general and Japanese language in particular – contributing to improving the quality of FSOFT’s human resources. FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha believes that possessing foreign languages will be a great advantage for FSUs in improving competitiveness, increasing customer trust, aiming for the goal of World – Class.
In 2024, FSOFT will have 4,754 employees with Japanese proficiency at all levels, of which 1,917 are at N5, 480 N4, 606 N3, 1,045 N2 and 670 N1. In 2025, FSOFT will continue to invest a record amount to improve and promote the Japanese learning movement with double the number. The 13K5 JSE program continues to be promoted with the mission of providing the best Japanese training program for FSOFTErs with the criteria: suitable for capacity, time, working conditions… to overcome Japanese language barriers at the project, conquer customers and make a breakthrough in their career.
In addition, LTI Language Training Institute continues to introduce activities and apply technology to improve speaking skills and experience Japanese culture, creating a competitive environment and a large-scale Japanese language movement inside and outside FSOFT.
