FSOFT introduces Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) according to ISO 22301

Recently, FSOFT has introduced a new policy on the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). This is a document that shows the generalization of the goals and scope of the BCMS and the leaders’ commitment to both internal and external sides to ensure and maintain a business continuity system in accordance with ISO 22301.

In the context of the complicated development of the Covid-19 pandemic and other risks that may lead to delivery and business disruption, it is necessary for FSOFT to develop policies to ensure the only options available which is to maintain continuous operations, prepare contingency measures in advance, and thereby consolidating and continuously improving the ability to react quickly and effectively to unexpected situations that may disrupt delivery and business activities of the company.

The policy is also a prerequisite for the company to successfully obtain the ISO 22301 certification. With it, FSOFT can demonstrate its capacity and commitment to clients about our resilience after unexpected interruptions.

Compliance with the policy will help FSOFT in general and each unit in particular:

  • Control the risk of business disruption
  • Minimize the impact of disruptions and recovery times
  • Maintain important business activities during a disruption

As part of the company’s general policy system, BCMS is available on QMS – Current Document Management System, under FSOFT Policy document, section 19- Business Continuity Management. FSOFTers can visit THIS LINK to learn more about the policy
