FSOFT Leadership honors the top 10 initiatives from iKhiến and Bird Tank 2024
During the weekly kick-off meeting, FSOFT’s leadership presented certificates of merit and commemorative medals to the teams behind 7 winning iKhiến 2024 projects and 3 Bird Tank 2024 Gold award winners.
Specifically, after three rounds of final judging at the Group-level iKhiến 2024 competition, FSOFT emerged as the overall leader with 1 Gold Award for Maya; and 3 Silver awards for IT.WOW Ticket, Tracking and Analytics App, ADP – Agent Digital Platform; and 4 Bronze awards for SQMS, AIDP – AI Agent Digital Platform, People Graph.
In parallel with the successes at the Group-level iKhiến, FSOFT’s internal Bird Tank program has also been a launchpad for outstanding initiatives. Within 6 months, the program has organized 8 contests, awarding 6 Gold, 8 Silver, 14 Bronze, and 7 Encouragement prizes. 1,934 IPs from 35 units have been registered for the program. Notably, IT No Nihongo, OSS License Checker (FHO.STU), and EasyFix (FHO.IT) received high praise from the “Big Bird” judges and were awarded Gold prizes. These 3 solutions, also commended by FSOFT’s leadership, are expected to contribute significantly to boosting productivity in practice.
Thus, through their active operation, the two innovation platforms, iKhiến and Bird Tank have showcased the diversity and creativity of FSOFT’s solutions, ranging from business process optimization to enhancing employee experience and promoting company culture. These initiatives are expected to empower the productivity lever, contributing to increased quality and efficiency in production and business, ensuring FSOFT remains a trusted partner for its clients.
