FSOFT Nha Trang concludes 2024 with remarkable milestones
Launched in November 2023 with just over ten team members, FSOFT Nha Trang has achieved extraordinary growth within a year. The branch rapidly expanded to become a Tier-2 branch with over 150 employees, the fastest in FSOFT’s history, and marked significant accomplishments, particularly in earning international certifications and maintaining project quality.
After more than a year of development, FSOFT Nha Trang has grown into a thriving branch with over 150 employees, 18 active projects, and 114 international certifications, demonstrating its potential and ambition to scale new heights alongside FSOFT. These achievements are credited to the dedicated leadership team and the unity of its employees. Despite its young age, the branch has fostered a dynamic, friendly, and collaborative work environment filled with positive energy.
As FSOFT Nha Trang enters 2025, it is determined to aim even higher with an ambitious OKR plan, including: F500 – Expanding the workforce to 500 members; 5 FSU – Establishing the presence of five production units; 5 Anchor Clients – Securing five major strategic clients.
