FSOFT Nha Trang welcomes first 5 FHN members onboard

On September 23rd, FSOFT Nha Trang welcomed five new members from the FHN unit in Hanoi. This marks a significant milestone for FHN after months of preparation and workforce building as part of the Supply Chain Delivery (SCD) program, aimed at expanding operations in FSOFT’s Tier 2 branches like Nha Trang.

These five pioneering FHN members, all part of Project X and from the FHN.DLS unit—FHN’s largest team—quickly agreed to relocate to Nha Trang when presented with the expansion plan. The team includes Cao Minh Đức, Bùi Quang Huy, An Văn Dũng, Cấn Anh Tú, and Nguyễn Mạnh Tú.

PM Cao Minh Đức (FHN.DLS) shared: “Since I heard about FSOFT establishing a branch in Nha Trang, I’ve always had the desire to experience life here, even before leadership promoted the city. Coming to FSOFT Nha Trang, we hope to settle down and develop our careers, with long-term plans ranging from 3-5 years or even longer.”

Having previously visited Nha Trang as a traveler, Đức is familiar with the city’s popular spots. Now, during this long-term onsite assignment, he looks forward to exploring more with his fellow teammates from Hanoi. The team has chosen to stay in Lộc Thọ Street, just a 3-minute walk from the beach, Trầm Hương Tower, and 2/4 Square. This lively area, known for its great food and vibrant atmosphere, promises to offer an enriching experience for the FHN members.

According to Hoàng Văn Dương, Director of FHN.DLS, the unit plans to send more key personnel to FSOFT Nha Trang in the near future, targeting 30-50 people this year and expanding to 100-150 members by 2025.

FHN is the second unit to establish a presence in Nha Trang, following the trailblazing efforts of FSG. FSOFT Nha Trang remains ready to welcome more units as they scale their workforce and projects here, creating a fresh and dynamic environment for both the branch and FSU, making this an ideal destination for major global clients.
