FSOFT Philippines grows 43% in personnel, 56% in revenue in 2021
To summarize and look back on the journey in 2021, FSOFT Philippines 2021 sum-up will be held on 20 December 2021 via Webex (2.30 pm – 4 pm the Philippines Time).
As one of the two nearshore centers under FPT America, FPhil has excellently exceeded the OKR set by this OB in 2021 (reaching 201 headcounts), growing 43% to 220 headcounts. In terms of revenue, the unit grew by 56% and FPhil’s new customer file recorded more accounts such as Cox, Intelcom, Savista, AIA and SIA.
In addition, the Software Services, Managed Services, Call Center and Support Group divisions of FSOFT Philippines completed the ISO 27001 certification on Information Security Management System in November.
In 2021, FSOFT Philippines not only achieved growth numbers, but the unit also opened a new office in Manila on April 13 to meet the requirements of customers inside and outside FSOFT. With 3 offices, FPhil will better meet the requirements of customers inside and outside FSOFT. Three main areas are being strengthened by FPhil including Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), management services for AMS and IMS, and software services for English-speaking markets.
Currently, FIndia and FPhil are two nearshore centers protected by FPT America, serving many important customers in the US market such as C99, BI/Flex, etc. Last year, FPhil achieved 30 per cent growth in human resources and business, 65 per cent in terms of revenue. In which, the opening of 2 more BPOs has contributed mainly to the company’s personnel growth.
