FSOFT shares Digital Transformation experiences before 100 businesses at Microsoft Leadership Series 2022
Last weekend, FSOFT participated in the Leadership Series 2022 conference organized by Microsoft in Da Nang as a partner in deploying Microsoft solutions to clients globally.
Leadership Series is one of Microsoft’s annual events whose goal is to showcase innovations in technology and the latest services, and share the case studies of projects that Microsoft has successfully deployed for its clients.
After two years of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Leadership Series was organized again with the participation of more than 100 guests who are leaders and senior managers from Microsoft partners and other leading corporations and enterprises in Vietnam, especially those in the field of Banking. FSOFT CDTO – Mr. Dao Duy Cuong, Director of FVN Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung (FVN.BOD), and Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh (BUL FDN.G3) represented FSOFT at this technology conference.
The program had the following contents: Discussions with Vietnamese businesses about Digital Transformation during Covid-19, a General report on the HR situation and improvements in HR management before, during, and after Covid-19, and Methods to transition the working mode from WFO to WFH and Hybrid Working.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh shared with the guests some success stories of FSOFT when the company helped foreign clients transform their business model through FPT Digital Kaizen methodology, which uses Microsoft tools such as Dynamic 365, Power Automate, Power App, and Microsoft’s latest AI features for business administration.
“This is the first time I have joined this event and have a chance to meet and listen to CIOs and COOs of domestic businesses. This is also an opportunity for me and FDN, as well as other low-code teams in FSOFT to understand the expectations of businesses. From there on, we can work to enhance our team’s delivery capacity to better meet the needs of domestic clients”, shared Mr. Minh.
