CHRO Nguyen Tuan Minh: Accompanying the strong development of human resources at FPT Software, Platinum Club is gradually becoming more popular with the number of members growing steadily from 2017 to present (by 2022 there will be 975 members). In order to create a new, more exclusive (selective) community for dedicated “stars” who always accompany FSOFT on the journey to conquer billion-dollar goals, in 2024, FSOFT Stars was established. established as a transformation from Platinum Club. This program is designed with many outstanding privileges, helping the Stars community experience more premium services and benefits according to FSOFT’s “world-class” standards and spirit.

CHRO Nguyen Tuan Minh: 2024 privileges will aim at diversity and flexibility, with the desire to meet more needs for consumption, relaxation, study, and a more convenient gift exchange experience for customers.
In addition to receiving a individually designed employee card set and participating in the recognition program organized at the unit level, FSOFT Stars 2024 members will receive 1 additional day of leave to use during the year, and will receive benefits worth up to 25 million VND to freely choose privileges nominated by HRPR according to each group of needs including:

- Personal Premier: privileges for personal preferences
- Lifestyle Premier: lifestyle privileges
