FSOFT Stars from FAM and FKR gather in Vietnam

FSOFT Stars from FPT Americas (FAM) and FPT Korea (FKR) recently embarked on a trip to experience the FSOFT offices in Vietnam, as part of the special privileges they chose upon earning this prestigious title. FSOFT Stars is an honor awarded to the Top 500 outstanding individuals at FSOFT in the past year.

According to the itinerary, five FSOFT Stars visited FSOFT’s campuses at Hola Park, engaged in a meeting with FSOFT CHRO Nguyen Tuan Minh at FPT Tower, and participated in various exciting activities in Hanoi. These included a city tour on a double-decker bus, visits to Thang Long craft streets and Hoa Lo Prison, and sampling the local cuisine of Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

In his conversation with the FSOFT Stars, Mr. Minh highlighted key aspects of the IT workforce in Vietnam, specifically focusing on FPT/FSOFT. He hoped these outstanding individuals at OB could contribute ideas and share experiences from international work environments, helping FSOFT keep up with trends and attract and retain talent.

“The FSOFT Stars 2023 recognition program has provided a fantastic opportunity for OB members to learn about and experience FPT/FSOFT’s culture. I feel incredibly proud to witness the growth and scale of FSOFT’s campuses,” shared Hong Vu Dang Khoa, an FSOFT Star from FKR.

For Leonard Bertelli, a FAMer who earned the FSOFT Stars title, this was his second visit to Vietnam. On a previous trip, he met and worked directly with colleagues on the offshore team, gaining insights into how projects are run in Vietnam, which helped streamline communication within the project. During this visit, Leonard explored the country’s rich culinary culture, enjoying traditional dishes for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

FSOFT Stars is an annual recognition program launched in 2023, celebrating the Top 500 “stars” of FPT Software. Unique privileges for FSOFT Stars 2023 members include a branded lanyard and badge, a formal recognition ceremony, an additional day of leave, and a flexible benefits package for learning and experiences.
