FSOFT strengthens collaboration with businesses in Japan’s second-largest economic hub
On February 27, FSOFT had the honor of welcoming representatives from the Osaka Business Association (Japan) to its F-Town 3 campus in Ho Chi Minh City. During the visit, the delegation recognized FSOFT as a leading technology company with advanced solutions and a vast pool of IT talent, positioning it as a key player in addressing Japan’s shortage of high-quality IT professionals.
Osaka, often referred to as the “industrial city of Japan’s west coast”, is the country’s second-largest economic center. The Osaka Business Association represents over 60 member companies, including some of Japan’s top technology and telecommunications firms.
Although this was the delegation’s first official visit to FSOFT, many of its member companies have already established strong partnerships with FSOFT, including NTT DOCOMO, INC.; OSAKA GAS CO., LTD.; and OGIS-RI Co., Ltd. Additionally, FSOFT was honored to welcome representatives from some of Japan’s top telecommunications and IT companies, such as NTT WEST Corporation; E.C.R Corporation; Universe Information Systems Co., Ltd.; and IT WORKS INC. Representing FSOFT in welcoming the delegation were Mr. Đào Duy Cường – CTDO of FSOFT, and Ms. Trần Thị Kim Phượng – Director of FSOFT HCM.
During the visit, the delegation toured F-Town 3’s workspaces to gain firsthand insights into FSOFT’s scale, youthful workforce, and technological capabilities. Additionally, FSOFT hosted a working session to introduce its collaborative spirit, service offerings, and key programs for 2025, such as AI, GRM, Legacy Transformation, Cobol Park, and the ODC model. As a pioneer in IT—particularly in fields like AI, IoT, and Cloud—FSOFT showcased its standout projects and highlighted its strong, long-standing partnerships with Japanese enterprises.

Ltd., representing the association, shared: “We are deeply impressed by FPT Software’s spirit of ‘friendship.’ To us, this friendship signifies collaboration, partnership, and mutual support in our respective fields. We look forward to more opportunities to work with FSOFT in the future, delivering high-quality products to users and creating meaningful value for society”.
During the visit, Mr. Đào Duy Cường – CTDO of FSOFT shared: “FSOFT looks forward to fostering long-term collaborations with our existing customers and partners in Japan, as well as expanding opportunities with new clients and partners. More importantly, we hope that FPT Japan will continue to grow and achieve its ambitious revenue target of $1 billion by 2027“.
