FSOFT to give “FSOFT Dedication Awards” to senior employees
From 2022, the traditional honoring seniority event “transforms” into the FSOFT Dedication Awards with personalized Cups, gift sets and honor events held in different regions/units offer FSOFT employees with seniority at 5-10-15-20 years.
The changes of the FSOFT Dedication Awards program were initiated by the Employee Experience Department (HRPR.EX) with the desire to spread the company’s gratitude and interest to the employees who have been with us for many years, dedicated to the company, the strong and sustainable development of FSOFT.
More than just hand-delivered gifts, the FSOFT Dedication Awards have the same status as other essential company awards such as Top 100 FSOFT, Platinum, etc. With this award, FSOFT not only recognizes the excellent results achieved by employees, and the achievements of “registering the gold table” but also appreciate the persistent efforts, special savings, and seemingly small but valuable contributions. Employees are devoted to working every day.
Accordingly, in addition to gifts in kind (backpacks, suitcases, badges), senior employees will be given a souvenir cup with a symbolic number of their time together. Also, the honors program is professionally organized to ensure a consistent experience across domains. For employees with 5-year seniority, the honoring activity is organized at the unit level. For employees with 10-15-20 years of seniority, honoring activities are held at the branch level by the Board of Directors and the SSC branch. Instead of just being an Anniversary Gift, this will be an experience to honor and mark a dedication journey of senior employees at FSOFT.
Currently, HRPR EX and related departments are building the format of the FSOFT Dedication Awards 2022. The first branch-level honoring event will be held at FSOFT Danang, for 10-15 year senior employees within the framework of activities to celebrate the branch’s 17th birthday (August 13, 2005 – August 13, 2022). Programs to honor employees with 10-15-20 years of seniority at branches in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and honoring 5-year senior staff at the units are expected to be held in September.
