FSOFTer and their “5-star” feedbacks for AI Productivity Workshop #3
With heartfelt sharing and practical lessons drawn from real projects, AI Productivity Workshop held yesterday afternoon, offered nearly three hours of valuable insights into how AI is being applied to build industry-specific solutions. The event also created a vibrant space for discussion among a wide range of FSOFTers.
Throughout the workshop, participants had the chance to “see and hear firsthand” how FPT Software’s FVI units are embracing the AI First trend across sectors like Energy, Finance – Insurance, and Healthcare, with a strong focus on delivering tangible value to clients. Real-world project stories helped attendees visualize how AI is integrated end-to-end, from data analysis to deployment, to meet the rigorous demands of global industries and customers.
Lê Nhựt Thanh Quang, a developer at EBS.RTM, shared that the speakers introduced several useful AI tools and demonstrated how to apply them in real projects. Tools like RovoAI for task management via chat interface, XRay for automated test case generation, and Copilot for coding support gave him fresh perspectives. Already using Cursor, a tool similar to Copilot, Quang was especially impressed by the workshop’s tips on using agents more effectively, such as writing detailed prompts and combining agents with requirement documents to improve accuracy and applicability. “Nothing too fancy or complicated, just practical insights that I hope will continue to spread so we can explore more global AI trends,” he said.

As a training officer, Vũ Quỳnh Anh (FSA.GLA) appreciated the workshop’s practical focus and informative content. Starting from real project “pain points,” the speakers showed how AI helps solve problems, boost productivity, and improve work efficiency. The storytelling approach combined with live demos made it easy for a “non-tech” FSOFTer like Quỳnh Anh to quickly grasp the key ideas. “I’d love to invite the speakers back to share these case studies with international interns in FSOFT’s TalentSphere program, these students are eager to learn from real-world experiences. That way, AI applications can be scaled not just within FSOFT, but beyond,” she added.

Through this regularly held workshop series, the key program “AI for Productivity Up 2025” aims to equip FSOFTers not only with knowledge, but also with methods and inspiration to “AI-ify” their own work. Stay tuned for the next session!
