FSOFTers can receive salary advances on the FPT Pay application
With the goal of constantly taking care of financial health, thereby helping to reduce life pressure for FSOFTers, FSOFT Human Resources Policy and Remuneration Department (HRPR) cooperates with FPT Pay to implement the Salary Advance program for FSOFT employees from December 15th 2023.
Focusing on employee financial well-being, FSOFT introduces an innovative Salary Advance Program through FPT Pay, offering numerous benefits to its workforce. Commencing from January 10 to January 9, FSOFTers are eligible for a maximum salary advance of 60% of their average income based on their level, capped at 20,000,000 VND/month. Notably, there is no limit on the number of advances per month, providing flexibility to employees in managing their financial needs.
During the advance period, the salary advance limit will increment daily, peaking on January 9. The amount advanced within this timeframe will be directly deducted from FSOFTers’ T+1 monthly salary. The efficient disbursement process, facilitated by FPT Pay, ensures swift approval and immediate transfer to the employee’s e-Wallet account.
Moreover, utilizing FPT Pay’s e-Wallet platform presents additional advantages. FSOFTers can conveniently withdraw money to their bank accounts without incurring fees. Each transaction guarantees a minimum advance of 100,000 VND and a maximum of 8,000,000 VND, with specific fees transparently displayed on the FPT Pay application.
Ms. Bui Phuong Anh, Deputy Head of FSOFT Human Resources Policy and Remuneration (HRPR), emphasizes the significance of this program as an added benefit for employees. Acknowledging the financial challenges faced by FSOFT’s predominantly young workforce, she expresses the Board of Directors’ anticipation of the positive impact of FPT Pay’s Salary Advance solution in providing timely support for unforeseen financial needs.
To avail themselves of the Salary Advance Program on FPT Pay, FSOFTers are required to update their application to the latest version from the App Store or CH Play. The process is streamlined, requiring employees to access the salary advance feature through their personal accounts on the FPT Pay application and follow the provided instructions.
This program is exclusively applicable to employees with official labor contracts at FSOFT, ensuring that they have no overdue advances based on FPT Pay data. Disbursement of salary advances will not occur during leave procedures, maternity leave, or unpaid leave.
