FSOFTers Embrace the AI First Spirit through Q3 OKR
The AI First philosophy is gradually permeating all aspects of FSOFT’s operations – from production and sales to internal processes and resource management. Starting from Q3/2025, this spirit must be reflected clearly in each FSOFTer’s personal OKRs.
Accordingly, every employee is expected to set OKRs that focus on key priorities, accurately reflect the goals and strategies of their unit, and align with their assigned responsibilities. Among those, at least one objective should relate to improving productivity, preventing recurring errors, or applying AI to daily work.

For managers, Q3 OKRs must include at least one objective or key result directly aligned with the AI First strategy. This could take the form of applying AI in professional tasks, optimizing internal operations, initiating AI-related innovations within the unit, or simply phasing out manual tasks with the help of technology.
Before the OKR declaration period, managers are encouraged to proactively organize training or inspirational sessions to promote the “Leng Keng” OKR spirit – clear, focused, practical, and results-driven – to support their teams in setting goals that align with strategic priorities.
