FVN assisted German Business Association in Vietnam with Digital Transformation solutions in Human Resource Management
Recently, FVN coordinated with the German Business Association in Vietnam (GBA) and Vui App to host a Digital Transformation Workshop in Human Resources Management for more than 50 large businesses and reputable experts in the industry. The event portraited a comprehensive view of digital transformation solutions applied within FSOFT, as well as applicable tools to increase employee experience in the future.
The event took place at F-Town 3, featuring a discussion led by Dao Duy Cuong, the Chief Digital Transformation Officer of FSOFT, and Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong, Director of FVN. The discussion revolved around leveraging digital technology to enhance employee well-being.
During the conference, the leaders, technology experts, and representatives from FSOFT, GBA, and VuiApp engaged in the discussion regarding the digital transformation within the realm of human resources. The primary focus was on the utilization of technology to optimize employee benefits.
Representing FPT Software, Mr. Dao Duy Cuong emphasized the significance of technology in revolutionizing human resource management. He highlighted how it contributes to providing optimal experiences for employees while fostering stronger bonds between personnel and the organization. As part of their technology solution, FSOFT has integrated over 38 management tools into a single portal, currently serving more than 27,000 FSOFT employees worldwide. This system is designed to cater to all the needs of employees and managers. In the future, FPT Software intends to continue researching, developing, and applying AI to enhance productivity and predict TOR indices. Their case study, considered a comprehensive and exemplary solution, left a lasting impression on business representatives and experts participating in the conference. Additionally, the participants acknowledged the positive impacts of the solutions that FPT is implementing and expressed hope for suitable models that would drive business development, particularly within the economy.As part of the event’s agenda, guests and experts had the opportunity to explore the Digital Hub and experience solutions that incorporate Cloud, Data, AI, IoT, and other technologies. These solutions have been deployed by FSOFT for its customers as well as internally for the company itself. This firsthand experience highlighted the potential value that technology can bring when applied in practical scenarios.
