GHC.FHS promotes iTeleMate at Malaysia International Healthcare Megatrends 2024

In late October, the GHC.FHS team attended and showcased the iTeleMate product at the Malaysia International Healthcare Megatrends 2024 (MIH) event, held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. The aim was to explore business potential in this multicultural nation.

Organized by Malaysia’s Ministry of Health in collaboration with MCMC and KPJ Healthcare, the event focused on enhancing healthcare quality through advanced solutions utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Virtual Reality (VR).

At the event, GHC.FHS introduced iTeleMate, an AI-integrated telehealth platform, highlighting its standout feature, the Vital Face tool. This technology can enhance patient health assessments through short video clips, improving diagnostic accuracy in remote consultations. After experiencing iTeleMate’s exceptional features, numerous experts and attendees expressed their admiration for the product.

Attendees included healthcare providers and representatives from the Malaysian Ministry of Health, who showed significant interest in new technologies such as AI-based Telehealth, Metalhealth, remote monitoring using 5G, and satellite applications. Most prospective clients at the event were government healthcare organizations, as Malaysia’s Digital Healthcare market is still relatively new. While the event showcased many breakthrough technologies, Malaysia’s readiness for digital transformation remains limited, presenting both challenges and major opportunities for GHC to penetrate the market by adapting technology solutions to varying infrastructure conditions.
