Trinh Thanh Ha – The talented female “captain” in Australia
As the director of FPT Australia & New Zealand, Ms. Trinh Thanh Ha has led FANZ to achieve high growth despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic, popularizing FPT/FSOFT in Australia.
For Ms. Ha, there are two important points that a business person always focuses on: responsibility and teamwork. She always tries to respond to customer emails as soon as possible, even late at night. “That timeliness will form a habit of responsibility. It’s the little things that make you who you are. When I have a job I love, I will automatically make an effort,” Ha shared.
With solid foundations built in the Australian market, FANZ team always maintains the spirit of “One happy team” to conquer new goals in order to achieve growth in both personnel and sales.
Trinh Quoc Huy – Pham Thi Khanh Linh: the perfect duo of FPT Germany
One of the proud achievements of Ms. Pham Thi Khanh Linh in 2021 was to successfully build a new foundation for the marketing team to increase the awareness of the FPT brand in the German market in particular and in Europe in general. It helped the unit reach more than 100 potential client.
Thanks to exciting marketing activities, Trinh Quoc Huy’s client development is like “a tiger with wings”. Not only helping to double sales with old clients, he and his team also helped the company get more potential mega ones.
Entering 2022, the duo together set challenging goals to focus on finding big clients in the Automotive & Manufacturing market, and at the same time build a sustainability program and implement a new direction for the Cloud and SAP projects. It is to reach a common goal of bringing FGER’s position in the European market to a new level.
Le Minh Nhut: The “Cloud wizard” of a series of technology projects
Le Minh Nhut is currently a Solution Architect of FPT Japan (FJP) and a talented expert in the development project of akaClaud – a strategic product in the field of Cloud Computing of FSOFT.
Not only contributing to important projects, Minh Nhut also actively supports training internal personnel. When AWS certification was still a challenge for many people, Nhut had become one of the first FJPs to own this prestigious certificate at all levels. To date, he has trained hundreds of other colleagues on AWS.
In 2022, Nhut will continue his “mission” to build digital transformation technology capacity for FJP. Along with participating in a few projects and supporting akaClaud and Data Solution products in his unit, Nhut also want to share his passion for technology to other colleagues in the company through forums such as AWS Training Group, Fkuber, and Tech Coffee.
Clara Phan: The female Delivery Manager of FSOFT in Thailand
Joining FSOFT is a great opportunity to help Ms. Clara promote her capacity in developing FPT’s team in Indochina, especially Thailand.
In just a few months, she and her members built a recruitment process, introduced a number of new employees, and delivered various projects so that the delivery team could develop smoothly without any bottlenecks. Coming from delivery, she clearly understands clients’ expectations on products.
In 2022, in order to achieve at least 40% growth in OB’s OKRs, Clara plans to focus on developing local resources, thereby showing clients FPT Siam’s ability to provide services.
