SAS ‘battleship’ accelerates on journey to triple revenue and double staff size in 2022
After nearly a year of official operation, the SAS team has achieved certain achievements in shaping FSOFT’s Cyber Security service delivery capacity. SAS’s goal in the next year is to grow 300% in revenue and 200% in human resources and continue to affirm its human resource capacity at World-Class level.
Applying FSOFT’s principles of organizing, operating and building KPIs in 2022, SAS aims to conquer 3 principles: “For Stretch”, “For Growth” and “For Productivity” with an increased commitment index. For the “For Mega Up” and “For Recurring” principles, SAS confidently demonstrates through 3 FSOFT clients using AlertIQ service for monitoring and handling cyber attacks.
In 2021, SAS’ services will focus on Application and Cloud Security. With the continuous efforts of SAS members, the service delivery model has been completely built and proven to be working to clients. At the same time, it has shown a level that is not inferior to other companies providing services in the international market. In addition, the Managed Detection & Response (MDR) service segment has also begun to make its own mark in the hearts of clients.

Following the achievements of 2021, the orientation of SAS in 2022 is reflected in the motto: “Selling higher prices with less effort”. In particular, SAS expects to provide popular Cyber Security services at a fair price with traditional companies in the market, and at the same time improve the delivery model by applying automation and reusing practices to be able to approach the factory scale when it comes to providing Cyber Security services. Thus, SAS can both ensure service quality and scale up while minimizing dependence on the number of personnel involved.
SAS also aims to expand the size of the organization in the direction of “flattening” with many flexible small teams (Two-Pizza Team) suitable for the characteristics of Cyber Security services. In particular, each team will operate independently with a high degree of specialization to create a harmonious combination between experienced and young personnel.
Finally, the goal of SAS in 2022 is to continue to affirm its human resources capacity at the “World-Class” level by contributing research results on security to the community such as new security bugs and paper submitted to conferences. All is aimed at bringing FSOFT’s Cloud Security capabilities to the list of specialized partners of Microsoft and AWS.
“In 2022, the development opportunities of both SAS in general and individuals in particular are very open. Each individual’s effort and expertise will open up an opportunity for SAS to participate in new, larger projects on a global scale. From there, you will have a better opportunity to develop both in terms of income and skills”, affirmed SAS Director – Mr. Pham Tung Duong.
