‘Golden guy in the Incentive village’ who owns 3 AI certificates in Q3

Recently, AI Lab awarded FSOFTers with excellent AI learning/research activities in the third quarter of 2021. In which, Mr. Le Huy Nam Anh – a guy from CBI Hanoi is one of the typical FSOFTer, excellently conquering 3 certificates in AI.

As a Data Engineer, Nam Anh is also very fond of Machine Learning, so he chose courses on Deep Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning to deepen his knowledge base on Data Science. And coincidentally, while the Incentive program was being launched, Nam Anh’s unit also had a project using Reinforcement Learning. “In parallel with learning the knowledge of the Incentive program, I had the opportunity to apply to the new job of the unit,” Nam Anh shared.

Talking about the Incentive reward from AI Lab, Nam Anh commented that the program has awarded quite “extensive hands” when some courses are difficult to reward up to VND 5 million. To complete these courses, FSOFTer will need to register for courses that cost about USD 50-70 and have to study continuously for 1 month to complete.

“When I received the Incentive award, I felt quite happy because I had both more knowledge and certificates, more motivation and ‘weapons’ to be ready for new challenges on the Data Engineering journey,” Mr. Nam Anh said.

The ccourses in AI Lab’s Incentive policy include Deep Learning Specialization, Natural Language Processing, Reinforcement Learning, AWS Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate, etc. Nam Anh said that these are all essential skill courses for the job. “These courses provide a solid and basic knowledge base to help SE, DE, DA, DS students understand the possible AI problems, basic principles of Machine Learning models and new AI models updated every day,” the young man said.

AI Lab Incentive is a program to promote AI research capacity in FSOFT. The program, initiated by AI Lab in 2020, has recognized and rewarded hundreds of individuals with exceptionally outstanding achievements in AI/ML.

Recently, 59 individuals from 23 units have been recognized as Incentive, awarded with items such as High achievement in domestic and foreign AI competitions/challenges; Outstanding contributions to FSOFT AI projects; Having research published in Q1-ranked journals, international conferences at level A; Having scientific papers submitted to journals, scientific conferences or technical reports; Completing the international training certificate in AI/ML, etc.
