Hall of Excellence: “FSOFT’s success is also the success of individuals and groups”
Yesterday, the Hall of Excellence was launched for the first time at F-Ville 2 with the purpose of recognizing and honoring the achievements towards the 5G target of outstanding individuals and teams at FSOFT. The ceremony attracted a lot of attention from Hola Park “residents”, spreading the motivation to strive to conquer the “Golden Board” at FSOFT.
The launching ceremony of the Hall of Excellence Hanoi was held at SSC.HL – F-Ville 2, Hola Park with the presence of Mr. Vu Tien Dat – CDO FSOFT cum Director of Hoa Lac and representatives of department managers. Individuals and representatives of units recognized with OKR Rewards awards in the second quarter of 2023 joined the event as well.
Sharing about the goals and mission of the Hall of Excellence project, Ms. Nguyen Van Anh – Head of the Human Resources Policy and Remuneration Department (HRPR) said: “The Hall of Excellence project is within the framework of a series of anniversary activities for FPT Corporation’s ’35 years of creating happiness’. The project was initially implemented with employees on the OKR Rewards Q2.2023 list and then with other achievements awarded by the Company’s Board of Directors. Through this activity, HRPR hopes to motivate all FSOFT employees, helping them constantly strive to achieve outstanding achievements and write their names on the quarterly Golden Board of excellent achievements.”.
As one of the first FSOFTers to appear on the Wall, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chung (FWA.G11) shared: “In the last 1-2 years, I see that the HRPR.EX Department has made many efforts in innovating and creating many meaningful activities to motivate employees in the process of working and developing at FSOFT. Receiving this award, I will continue to contribute so that in the future I will have more opportunities to appear here.”
On the stage of the program, Mr. Hoang Dong Tien – Representative of GHC also commented that the Hall of Excellence is a special form of recognition, stimulating efforts so that FSOFT members have a clear orientation in work and strive to create the best results. “FSOFT’s success is also the success of individuals and groups. Therefore, in addition to the purpose of honoring, this Wall also reminds us to join hands with the company to reach big goals in the coming year,” Mr. Tien said.
In addition to admiring the launch of the Hall of Excellence, employees attending the event were also immersed in the exciting and joyful atmosphere of the Minigame “Check-in to receive gifts with the Wall of Honor”. 50 EVP gifts were quickly given to the first 50 FSOFTers to spread the image of the Hall of Excellence on their personal Facebook.
It is expected that the Hall of Excellence in Da Nang and HCM City will be launched in November.
