Happy PM: Implement Project Plan for the entire project from October 3rd
After 2 months of successfully piloting the Project Plan function for the Standard Process project line, saving 50% of effort for PM and stakeholders when planning projects, from October 3, 2022, all project lines FSOFT’s project will Submit/Review/Approve Project Plan on FI2.0.
Accordingly, all project lines (Standard, Light, Very Light, Agile, Package…) will perform Project Plan steps on the FI2.0 system (OneGate) instead of doing it manually as before. This reduces the number of PM fields required from 111 to 61…
The tool’s Submit/Analyze/Approve button also allows PM, SM, and QA users to conveniently track the status of Project Plan updates and review the history of changes. Project Plan data will be reused for other functions in FI 2.0: Project Infor, KPI, Risk, Resource Allocation…
It is expected that in the near future, Work Order’s content will also be uploaded to the tool and inherit all information for the Project Plan. In addition, the Infrastructure module will also be built to centrally manage all infrastructure information of projects on FI2.0 OneGate, automating IT services to serve project operations.
