Happy Tour landed in FSOFT across Vietnam
In line with the goal of “building a happy working environment” and recognizing the continuous efforts of FSOFT employees, the monthly FSOFT-level Recognition event has officially started since November 2023. Recently, in the last week of 2023, a completely new activity as part of the Recognition – Happy Tour series took place across North, Central, and South Vietnam, in which representatives of the FSOFT BoD directly visited and presented plaques/certificates of recognition to outstanding individuals/teams of the month.
On the morning of December 25, Happy Tour started in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City in the festive Christmas atmosphere that was filling the workspaces of the projects. At the FPT Tower headquarters in Hanoi, Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha, FSOFT Chairwoman, personally presented the Recognition Plaque to the IT Fest organizing committee. At the same time, Mr. Pham Vu Tuan, Deputy Head of the BCM, also received the certificate at the F-Town 3. In the past, IT Fest has created a great resonance in the technology community in the North, thereby opening the door to attracting talents to the company as well as asserting FSOFT’s position. Therefore, Ms. Ha has dedicated many words of praise and thanks to the organizers of the program. In addition, she also believes that BCM will continue to organize more exciting events nationwide to show the prestige of “World-Class Billion Dollar Company” of FSOFT in the future.
In the same morning, the JICA Project team in Da Nang was presented with a plaque and a certificate of recognition from Mr. Le Hong Linh, FSOFT Director of the Central Region, which has left a lot of emotions in the hearts of the participants. In the role of “Santa Claus” of JICA, Mr. Linh shared about the Recognition policy as well as the milestone of FSOFT’s 1B revenue, thereby expressing his deep gratitude to the JICA team for their contributions to the excellent completion of the project. In particular, Ms. Le Thi Cat Tuong, the representative of the project, received a Christmas hat from Mr. Linh as a gesture of encouragement when she could not hold back her tears while sharing about the memories of the project. The JICA team also sent a letter of thanks to “Santa Linh” for timely recognizing the contributions of the team.
In the afternoon of the same day, Happy Tour continued to take place at two ends of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to recognize the iDX-Q3-DXO team, who had maintained the top 1 position in the Q3 report, and the EcoVadis project team, who had successfully achieved the EcoVadis Silver certificate for FSOFT.
For the first time, the iDX team in Hanoi welcomed the visit of Santa Nguyen Tuan Minh, FSOFT CHRO, to their new workspace. The Recognition ceremony took place in a warm and cheerful atmosphere, in which the members expressed their wishes to “Go Global” in order to learn and inspire digital transformation for OBs around the world. Mr. Minh CHRO also shared about the important role of iDX in FSOFT’s DX journey and congratulated the team on their achievements. At F-Town 3, Santa Nguyen Duc Quyen, FSOFT Ho Chi Minh Director, represented the Leadership Team to present the Recognition to the team along with many meaningful words of praise, sharing, and reflection. In particular, in addition to the letter to Santa, the EcoVadis team also prepared a musical performance to send to Mr. Quyen in a happy and cozy atmosphere.
On December 28, Happy Tour arrived at its final stop: the workspace of the CMMi project team with the achievement of maintaining the CMMi level 5 certificate for FSOFT. In the atmosphere of transition between Christmas and the New Year, CDO Vu Tien Dat affirmed that the contribution of SEPG and other departments in the quest to achieve FSOFT’s 5 GIGA goal is indispensable, and at the same time sent wishes for health and a new year to all members. Mr. Dat also did not forget to remind all staff: “On the occasion of the renewal of CMMI, we also renew the adaptability of the processes being implemented in the most efficient and quality way.” At the ceremony, the CMMi Team sent a Christmas letter full of messages and emotions to Mr. Dat.
Happy Tour marked a warm ending for the year 2023 with happiness spreading throughout FSOFT. Entering the new year 2024, the organizers hopes that all FSOFTers will have a successful new year so that there will be more Happy Tours throughout the three regions of the country.
