Huawei Cloud “certification storm” lands on FHN
Joining hands to build a strategic cooperative relationship with Huawei, FHN coordinated with FAP to launch the exam study movement and successfully conquered 77 Huawei Cloud Certification Developer (HCCD) certificates by the end of May 2024.
In particular, FHN.NGT demonstrates its pioneering role in the Cloud field by “holding” all 10 expert-level certificates: HCCDP – SA (Professional Solution Architecture) and HCCDP – CM (Professional Cloud Migration). In addition, there are 67 HCCCD Associate Tech Essentials certificates, with 37 owners from FHN.NGT and 30 other “certificate hunters” from many units in FHN, such as BU9, DXT, GEN, GIS, GLC, JITS, DCS, and DLS. Before this achievement, Huewei Cloud exchanged letters, “appreciating the training management and certification activities from FPT”.
Promoting the “reaping” of HCCD certification is a strategic action to prepare for the goal of “getting along” with Huawei and, at the same time, helps FHN once again review the capabilities of its members, thereby promptly adding capacity to prepare for a new project.
Similar to AWS, Huawei Cloud’s Associate (HCCDA) and Professional (HCCDP) certificates are both necessary “tickets” for software engineers in the field of cloud computing.
To achieve this achievement, a representative from FHN.NGT, the unit with the largest number of Huawei certificates, shared: “Right after conquering the Alibaba Cloud certification series in the first quarter of 2024, FHN.NGT quickly started studying for the Huawei certification exam at the beginning of April. To increase efficiency, the unit has organized a study and exam campaign by day, at the end of the working day, all of us will take the exam using a game on Kahoot to Compete to accumulate points for rewards as well as review our knowledge.”
This year, FHN’s team of Cloud-Devops experts will focus on achieving Cloud certifications from China, such as Alibaba and Huawei. In addition, FHN commits to promoting the number of related Professional and Specialist certificates to build elite resources, preparing for FSOFT’s major battles.
