“I have to admit to myself that there are still many things I don’t know” | Meet Your Mentor EP10

Although he is the “father” of CTC Training Center, Tran Duc Long never thinks of himself as a “senior” or “boss” but always considers FSOFTers as teammates who stand side by side in every situation. In this episode of Meet Your Mentor, let’s listen to find out what tips Mr. Long has to always maintain a spirit of inquiry and harmony in a group.

*The program was recorded in October 2023*

For Mr. Long, when entering a project with various colleagues, one needs to always remember that each person has their own strengths and weaknesses, including yourself. That’s why, at work, he always turns on the “don’t be afraid to be stupid” mode so he can absorb experience from anyone in FSOFT, thereby cultivating the spirit of humility, eagerness to learn, and teamwork for collaborations. With this attitude, the “father” has captured the hearts of CTCers and conquered the hearts of thousands of FSOFTers.

Thanks to many years of experience in career development and his eager personality, in this Meet Your Mentor podcast, Mr. Long has many interesting sharings, from career stories at CTC to learning tips, and even taking on the task of listening and accompanying his mentees’ personal concerns. “The inherent nature of 1-1 Mentorship is that there is no limit to what to say, it can be anything that two colleagues exchange with each other and find useful,” he added.
