iKhiến 2024 officially launches: Future Flagship

The FPT Innovation Program – iKhiến 2024 will focus on promoting the search for new initiatives, enhancing the quality of initiatives, and accelerating the implementation of the effective initiative reward policy across the entire corporation.

According to the Head of iKhiến 2024 steering committee – FPT SEVP Nguyen The Phuong, CEOs of member companies will be the leaders of innovation activities, aiming to further develop this movement at FPT. Mr. Phuong also requested that member companies seriously implement the reward policy for initiatives that bring effective results to their units.

The theme for iKhiến’s eighth season – Future Flagship aims to empower every FPT employee globally to take charge of their work and foster creativity within their own spheres, to be applied and recognized as a motivation for them to create every day, shape the future with FPT. This is the spirit and theme color that the program brings to the innovators.

Head Organizer of iKhiến 2024, FPT CTO Vu Anh Tu said: “Every FPT person always craves and urges himself to be creative to change the future. iKhiến understands that and allows you to make a breakthrough today. It is your initiatives that are the starting point for creating a unique technological mark, shaping the future. Therefore, making an important contribution to promoting FPT to conquer new heights.”

Evolving the program continuously for 8 seasons, with changes, constantly “renewing” to motivate F’s innovators, up to now, iKhiến has attracted 1,732 new initiatives, bringing the total to an impressive 7,735, truly becoming the largest playground promoting innovation culture of FPT. Notably, iKhiến 2023 attracted 2,906 initiatives, with 62 initiatives shortlisted for evaluation, bringing the corporation a value of over 1,000 billion VND, and 5 initiatives were proposed for replication.

The 2024 iteration of iKhiến, introduces several notable enhancements, including separate monthly finals for Category A (Products) and Category B (Work Process Tools) initiatives, a departure from the combined format of previous seasons. The judging panels for each category have also been strengthened, comprising experts with extensive experience in the respective fields. This refined evaluation process ensures a more thorough evaluation of submissions, elevating the quality of initiatives selected for subsequent rounds.

In terms of the award structure, the total prize value for iKhiến 2024 has been raised to 700 million VND, promising to attract “new faces” with groundbreaking ideas.

• Monthly prizes include: Gold (10 million VND), Silver (5 million VND), Bronze (3 million VND), and Consolation (1 million VND).
• Annual prizes for Category A are: Champion (100 million VND), Runner-up (30 million VND). Annual prizes for Category B are: Champion (50 million VND), Runner-up (20 million VND).

Beyond the recognition at the member company meetings and the grand finale gala, the creators of winning initiatives will also have the opportunity to connect with Mr. Truong Gia Binh and other member company leaders, and their work will be widely promoted across internal and external FPT communication channels.
