Incentives for employees to purchase a home at FSOFT Quy Nhon

To attract and retain talent at FSOFT Quy Nhon, we are excited to announce a special home purchase incentive program for employees. This program will run from April 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, and is exclusively available to employees working at the branch, as well as those who contribute to million-dollar projects for the branch or those in special cases proposed by the Director of FSOFT Quy Nhon.

Employees participating in the program will receive an attractive discount of 30% to 50% off the anticipated selling price when purchasing a house at the FPT Long Van project, located in the Bau Lac area of Tran Quang Dieu Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. Additionally, the first 100 employees who register will be entitled to interest rate support according to the company’s current policies (if registration is necessary).

The FPT Long Van project, developed by a joint venture involving FPT Quy Nhon, FPT Da Nang Urban Joint Stock Company, FPT Investment Co., Ltd., and FPT Software Co., Ltd., spans a total area of 93.2 hectares with a construction density of 45%. The project will offer 1,978 houses, which include 1,480 townhouses for residential living and 498 commercial townhouses suitable for business (Shophouses). All houses will be delivered with completed exteriors, rough interiors, and long-term legal ownership, with a separate pink book for each unit.

To be eligible for the program, FSOFT Quy Nhon employees must commit to working for three years from the date of signing the purchase and sale contract. Employees contributing to securing million-dollar clients/projects for the branch must also commit to remain at the corresponding contract for three years from the signing date.
