Increase work efficiency with the culture of Prevention course 

In order to limit repeated errors in the working process and gradually improve the quality of the project, the Software Production Process Department (SEPG) and FPT Software Academy (FSA) have jointly implemented a compulsory online course for all Delivery staff at FSOFT Vietnam entitled “Prevention Culture: No Recurrent Problems”. The course is expected to help members be more proactive in preventing risks, thereby contributing to creating a more efficient and stable working environment.

The course takes place within 10 days, from May 16 to 25, 2025, in an online form. Each employee will use their FSOFT email account to log in to the Level UP learning system at LINK, select “Enroll” and complete the pre-designed content in turn. After completing the study, learners need to take the final exam to be recorded as a result.

To be recognized for completion, students need to meet two mandatory requirements: Studying 100% of the content and achieving at least 80% of the score in the final exam (i.e. answering 8 out of 10 questions correctly). In case of failure to complete the course on time or unsatisfactory, it will be responsible according to the company’s current training regulations.

In case the FSOFTer is an ODC, unable to access the lesson, please take 1 hour to complete the course at home.

Error prevention is not only an individual responsibility but also a key factor to help the whole team operate more effectively. Through this course, FSOFT wishes to create a habit of proactively identifying and handling risks early, avoiding repeated errors that affect the progress and quality of work. This is an opportunity for FSOFTers to review their way of working, adjust inappropriate points and move towards a more professional and sustainable working process in each project.
