International interns return to home country after invaluable internship at FSOFT

After 2 months of internship at FSOFT, talented interns returned to school with valuable baggage. Stories about Vietnam became a topic of discussion for interns with their friends.

Of the 10 talented interns, Diko Kintarenji and Han Byeol became full-time employees of FPT Korea and FPT Indonesia, respectively. Both of them were incredibly proud to become FSOFT’s full-time employees. The rest of the interns returned to school to continue their studies.

Diko Kintarenji is a Software Developer at FPT Indonesia (FINDO). As a new employee, Diko is continuing to be trained to improve his software development skills before embarking on a real project. The knowledge, experience, and practical skills from the Global Internship help Diko confidently conquer new challenges in his work.

Speaking about the difference between an intern and a full-time employee, Diko describes it as excitement, satisfaction, and full of challenges. The need to adapt to a new work pace and increasing responsibilities is a notable difference. The Indonesian guy is actively working hard to quickly integrate into the project.

Han Byeol, the only girl in the Global Internship program, is currently a student of FA and is in the process of embedded programming training (Embedded 03) at FPT Korea. Han Byeol belongs to the AMI department, working on various projects related to automotive software. She studies Java, Android, Embed, and CAN protocol.

In addition to Diko and Han Byeol, most of the other interns also hope to become FSOFTers after graduation. They all agree that the internship at FSOFT has been very helpful in their current studies. They have had the opportunity to access a professional working environment, work with experienced engineers, and participate in real projects. This has helped them to improve their professional knowledge, hone their soft skills, and gain a more comprehensive understanding of the information technology industry.

The success of the FPT Global internship program in its first year is a foundation for the project team to continue building a new season of internships that are high-quality and effective in attracting talented young people from all over the world. This will help to raise awareness of FSOFT among students and international IT professionals, as well as promote FSOFT’s image to the international IT community.
