Kick-off of the PM Day 2025 Workshop Series: Insights of Strategic Account Management
The PM Day 2025 workshop series will officially launch with the first sharing session themed “Insights of Strategic Account Management”. This is a valuable opportunity for FSOFT Project Managers to explore how to manage large accounts, build strong customer relationships, and leverage FSOFT’s capabilities in strategic account management.
As tradition goes, PM Day 2025 will return this December with a range of annual activities dedicated to the Project Management community. The PM Day Series comprises workshops distilled from real-life experiences in successfully running projects across FSOFT. Each event is a practical “gift”, helping PMs broaden their perspectives, hone their skills, and learn hands-on lessons from the field.
The first sharing session will focus on “Insights of Strategic Account Management”. At FSOFT, over 70% of projects operate under T&M, ODC, and Staffing models. Many ODCs serve key clients with specific requirements, resulting in numerous valuable best practices that have yet to be widely shared. This session will “unlock” practical experience on building and managing large accounts, maintaining close client relationships, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and retaining project teams.
The first workshop of PM Day 2025 will feature two speakers: Mr. Bui Xuan Canh – Vice FSUL FHN, Program Manager for the SIA account (FAP), and Mr. Duong Le Phuc Nguyen – Senior PM, Program Manager for the Covestro account (FEU). With years of experience managing major accounts, both speakers will share hands-on perspectives tailored to project contexts, along with “tips and tricks” to help PMs optimize strategic account management.
