Last chance for FSOFTers in Ho Chi Minh to hold the vaccine “card”
In the near future, FSOFT HCM will deploy the last round of vaccination for FSOFTers who have not had the opportunity to vaccinate. Specific information will be sent to employees by SSC.HCM.
This is the last chance the company has tried for its employees. The vaccine is the only “card” for FSOFTers and their family to overcome this dangerous pandemic. Therefore, FSOFTers, please think carefully, schedule your injection time, do not miss any precious injections. Especially at this time, when Ho Chi Minh City has surpassed 4,500 infections/day and has more than 200 deaths (according to statistics on July 25), vaccination becomes even more urgent.
In the past week, FSOFT HCM had 6 consecutive cases of suspected Covid-19 infection, including 4 cases of vaccination and 2 cases of unvaccinated. Accordingly, 4 cases of vaccination showed only mild symptoms such as fever, dry cough, even some cases were still normal, did not show any symptoms. However, two unvaccinated cases had more severe symptoms such as rash, loss of smell and taste.

This result shows that vaccination against Covid-19 really helps to significantly reduce the possibility of contracting Covid-19 as many studies have shown before.
According to the evaluation results of those who received the first injection of the Central Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology, after only 1 month of injection, 90% of the people who injected had antibodies. Dr. Pham Quang Thai – Head of the Northern Immunization Office, Deputy Head of the Department of Infectious Disease Control, National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology, said: “This is a very positive result, showing that even with just one injection but after 12 days, we have antibodies and are protected by the vaccine, although the protection may not be strong enough”.
The primary analysis of the trials published in The Lancet confirms that the Covid-19 vaccine Astrazeneca provides 100% protection against severe illness, hospitalization and death. Specifically, no cases of severe Covid-19 infection or hospitalization occurred 22 days after the first dose. At the same time, a vaccinated person infected with the coronavirus will have fewer virus particles in their nose and mouth and are less likely to pass it on to others. This reduction in transmission is important because vaccination not only protects you but also limits the spread of the virus to loved ones, friends and others.
We can only end the spread of the pandemic until everyone has a Covid-19 vaccine. In other regions, FSOFT’s management is also trying to get the injections for employees as soon as possible.
