Launching iKhien 2023: “I am creative, I am happy”
Entering the 7th season, FPT’s Annual Innovation Award – iKhien 2023 is aimed at seeking and promoting innovations, with the spirit “I am creative, I am happy”.

Continuing the mission of nurturing, inspiring, and encouraging innovation – creativity, improving FPTer’s productivity, iKhien 2023 is expected to bring a dramatic intellectual competition among FPTers in particular and member companies in general.
The contest is aimed at seeking technological innovations which can be applied at work, increasing economic and administrative efficiency; As a destination for innovators to introduce, develop, replicate products and connect talents who have the same passion and vision.
After 6 seasons, with nearly 4.000 innovations submitted, more than 10 innovations replicated in the Group, iKhien brings FPTers a chance to unleash potential, maximize creativity and enjoy moments of happiness. Thus, “I’m creative, I’m happy” is chosen as the spirit of iKhien season 7.
As one of the iKhien pioneers, in 2023, FSOFT aims to spread creativity among BUs. “The innovation comes from the very smallest enhancements – changes, which bring value to the project, to the customer that each member is doing every day. Thus, the FSOFT iKhien Implementation Committee will highly focus on these target groups”, said Mr. Pham Huu Chung (BCC.PMO) – a member of the FSOFT iKhien Implementation Committee. In addition to spreading the iKhien spirit, FSOFT focuses on building remunerations for individuals and teams participating in the program.
In 2022, in addition to the iKhien runner-up award brought by the akaCam product, FSOFT was honored in the category “The best iKhien implementation unit” and “The devoted individual to iKhien” went to Mr. Pham Huu Chung (BCC. PMO).
