Lots of potential opportunities have been widely opened for FAMer in Los Angeles, USA

Getting together with FAMers in Los Angeles (LA) office during the team building session on June 9, FAM CEO Dang Tran Phuong and FAM VP Phung Quang Dat shared about the potentiality of LA office along with the endless opportunities opened up for ST1.

Emphasizing FAM’s goal of becoming Top 1 OB in 2024, Mr. Phuong affirmed the important role of LA office and expected to attract more and more talents to develop this office into an “Excellent Center” on the West Coast – a place that attracts American customers because of technology and Vietnamese culture. From only one customer at the time starting in 2016, LA office has expanded its list to more than 20 potential customers.

To seize these opportunities, ST1 is looking for new leaders to build a strong team, expand its scale to new lands, and contribute to realizing the dream of building FPT community in Los Angeles. Mr. Dat believes that with the dedication and continuous efforts of LA members, this office will contribute the strongest growth to FAM in the coming time.

Sharing about the “401K” plan that FAMer is interested in, FAM CEO emphasized: “More than 50% of US companies operate this retirement savings program and FPT Americas is the first Vietnamese company in the US to apply 401K to improve employee welfare and support them to settle down and settle down.” When employees join 401K, the company will deduct a part of their salary before tax to put into a fund. This money will participate in profitable investment forms such as stocks and bonds depending on the wishes of employees and will not be taxed until the fund is withdrawn.

After a long time of working from home, the Los Angeles office organized team-building activities to bond and encourage employees to return to the office together. On this occasion, team members gathered together at the office and had dinner at a restaurant on the beach in Manhattan.
