MOOC 2022 training program has ‘new look’
In the process to turn FSOFT into a learning organization and equip each employee with the necessary knowledge and job skills, the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) 2022 program will adopt many innovations in terms of participants and content, as well as the form and route of learning.
Accordingly, the participants of the program will be extended to employees with a staff level (FPT level) of 2.1 or higher who signed an official contract with FPT Software Company Limited (FSOFT) or a branch/member unit affiliated to FSOFT and headquartered in Vietnam before August 1, 2022. This year, these employees will need to complete their studies before November 30, 2022.
The biggest difference of MOOC 2022 is the change in learning regulations and the way the program is recognized. Employees can complete the exam/international certificate/certificate of completion of the training course with a total duration of 30 hours or more (with the minimum duration of each course being 1 hour). The duration of courses from Udemy, Udacity, courses organized by CTC/FCU, courses in the MOOC list can be accumulated for MOOC (make sure the minimum duration of each course is 1 hour). It can be said that this change has removed many barriers and created favorable conditions for employees to access MOOC learning. Thereby, it is expected to help improve the efficiency and quality of FSOFTers’ work.
In order to help employees plan their learning effectively, MOOC designs learning paths suitable to the characteristics of each industry at an individual level on the akaJob platform, which employees can consider as a useful consulting channel. In addition, CTC and akaJob are implementing additional features that integrate the learning results of employees with the aim of helping them easily and conveniently check their course history. The final purpose is to optimize the experience, from which to make a study plan that is suitable for each individual.
