More than 333 employees attend FSOFT Can Tho’s birthday party

Last weekend, FSOFT Can Tho organized many activities for employees on the occasion of the 8th anniversary of its establishment. With the current number of employees at 496, the branch leaders expressed their determination and wish that the unit would quickly reach the milestone of 999 employees by 2024.

FSOFT Can Tho’s 8th anniversary activities include sports events and the celebration party with the participation of more than 300 employees working at the branch along with representatives of the Company’s Board of Directors and units such as Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh – FSOFT CHRO, Mr. Tran Van Dung – Director of FHM, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Su – Director of FSOFT Can Tho. The party took place in a cozy atmosphere, interspersed with activities such as lucky draw and musical performances by members of FSOFT Can Tho.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Tran Van Dung acknowledged that Can Tho has always been one of the company’s most important development strategies to take advantage of the abundant human resources in the region.

“The development of FSOFT Can Tho will always be an important task so the company can bring more projects from Ho Chi Minh City and other OBs to the branch. Looking at you guys playing sports in very energetic and united way, I am sure that we will develop strongly. I can’t wait to see CMS, EMU, JPG… each to reach 200 people in Can Tho. At that time, FSOFT Can Tho will be like a miniature FSOFT HCM, and at the same time move towards the OKR milestone of 1,000 people by 2024”, said FHM Director.

FSOFT Can Tho’s 8th anniversary activities include sports festival and celebration party with the participation of more than 300 employees working at the branch and representatives of the company’s Board of DirectorsAlso at the event, CHRO FSOFT Nguyen Tuan Minh also sent his gratitude and honor to the senior staff whose seniority of 5 years and 15 years at this branch. They are the employees who moved from FSOFT HCM to build FSOFT Can Tho from the very first day.

“Thank you to the company for allowing me to work happily for the past 15 years with my wife. I am really happy to be standing here as an employee of FSOFT Can Tho”, said Mr. La Hong Phuc, who has been with FSOFT for 15 years and with FSOFT Can Tho since its early days.

Director of FSOFT Can Tho – Mr. Nguyen Quoc Su, shared, “On behalf of the Board of Directors, thank you for being with the company for such a long time. FSOFT Can Tho is only 8 years old but we have a people who has worked for 15 years for the company. They devoted themselves to Ho Chi Minh City and then go back to Can Tho with the “start up” from a very young stage. Thank you again for your efforts!”
