FQC’s productivity increased by 28% in first 6 months
The FQC unit has just held the S1.2022 report meeting in all 3 regions via an online platform through the Webex channel. Participants attending the report were Mr. Vu Tien Dat (CDO), Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dong (FQC BOD), QA Managers from 3 regions and more than 350 quality officers from FQC.
At the end of the second quarter of 2022, it is also the time to summarize the S1 journey, with the responsibility of ensuring quality for the entire FSOFT, FQC has achieved excellent results and received good reviews from units. In addition, the report also points out what needs to be improved, and what needs the efforts and cooperation of QA with the units to take corrective action. In the report, FQC also honored individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in the first half of 2022.

Attending the program, Mr. Vu Tien Dat (CDO) congratulated FQC on ending S1 with impressive numbers. Besides, he also pointed out some shortcomings for the whole FQC team to find ways to improve in S2 and the following years. Mr. Dat added: “QA doesn’t always compromise with delivery, sometimes we have to ‘say no’. I know it can lead to conflicts and arguments, but it’s a standard and a rule that we have to follow it. That is absolutely positive for the growth of the company.” To do that, he also reminded each QA to know how to constantly improve their professional skills and convince the delivery side when there is a controversy.
FQC Director Nguyen Quoc Dong shared: “I am very proud of the final results, from the professional aspect to the fun as a team. It proves that FQC is a team full of vitality. Thank you! I hope everyone will continue to promote and maintain this energy, keep the love for the QA profession.”
Following the successes in S1, Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Ha (FQC COP) – Vice FQC Head shared the plan, the general direction of the project, improvement activities as well as general programs of FQC in S2 with the ‘TOGETHER WE GO, TOGETHER WE GROW’ slogan.
