NCS SDC Celebrates 3 Years of Connection and Development

All members of the NCS SDC project group, including both the Singapore and Australia project lines, participated together in the 3rd anniversary celebration program. This was not only a significant milestone marking the journey of accompanying our customers, but also the first large-scale bonding event of SDC, where more than 100 members had the opportunity to interact and connect directly.

FSOFT began collaborating with the NCS account in 2021, with FHN taking on the role of main coordinator for production activities. In August 2022, the two sides officially signed a Partnership and established the Strategic Delivery Center (SDC). Since then, NCS SDC has continuously grown strongly, welcoming important customer delegations from Singapore and Australia for visits and work. After three years, NCS SDC has expanded to over 160 members and is aiming to reach 300 staff by 2026.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Bui Tuan Nghia – NCS VN SDC Leader – expressed gratitude to all members for their unity in building a strong SDC over the past three years. He also shared his hope that SDC will not only be a project implementation center but also become a second home, an organization with its own culture and brand, and continue to develop robustly in the future.

Here, FHN Director Le Thanh Nhan also congratulated all of NCS SDC, affirming that FHN will always accompany customers to help projects soar higher and farther. Although unable to attend in person, Mr. Nguyen Van Tu Eric – CDO FAP – sent congratulations to the project, expressing his hope that SDC will quickly enter its fourth year with growth at 2–3 times the current rate and set the ambitious goal of reaching 500 staff members in the coming years.

The program concluded in joy, connection, and the warm affection of the entire NCS SDC family. The explosive spirit and praise from customers are the clearest evidence of a successful three-year journey. Three years – not too long, but enough to build trust and a solid foundation. With the spirit of “Together We Grow,” NCS SDC promises to make even greater breakthroughs, aiming for more impressive milestones in the upcoming journey.
