Nearly 40 projects apply tool “1 Click Logwork”, turning daily logwork into fun

Instead of having to logwork manually which takes 15-30 minutes, with just 1 click, FSOFTer can complete the logwork task efficiently after a long working day.

Stemming from practice, after every working day, the Developer team has to regularly perform the logwork. With the days when the project has a task, requires time and high concentration, the logwork sometimes becomes a burden. Before the feedback from many project brothers, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Minh (FHN.JITS) is always thinking about how to make you guys excited when doing logwork. After a period of research, in June 2021, Mr. Minh launched the  “1 Click Logwork” tool.

1 Click Logwork has 2 main functions including log work and view log work (check the logwork). This tool is suitable for units with daily logwork requirements, inspiring the project team when doing logwork. “Instead of feeling troubled every time I logwork, now the 1 Click Logwork tool has turned logwork work into joy and relieves stress for every Developer,” Mr. Minh expressed.

According to statistics on the S.K.U resource repository, there are currently 32 projects from FHN, FSG and JODC that have applied 1 Click Logwork, saving tens of MM for the project. With this positive result, the tool hopes to become the Top 1 tool on S.K.U.

Since the tool has been available, logwork has become simpler for K project members. Mr. Bui Dang Dung – K. ODC Manager jokingly commented that: “Logwork is now like a game, click one whenever you like. Each member saves 10 minutes a day, a total of 50 people projects to save 10,000 minutes a month.”

In the coming time, the author of 1 Click Logwork will continue to research and release new tools, promote project productivity and spread the creative spirit to each FSOFTer.
