NVidia Certification Race 2024: Celebrating excellence in the first leg of the “Level-up” journey

After 11 days of intense competition, the first phase of the NVidia Certification Race has recorded over 6,400 certificates awarded to learners, of which the paid certificate group has achieved over 500 certificates, exceeding initial expectations while the campaign is still ongoing until March 31st. This is a clear testament to the FSOFTers’ enthusiastic learning spirit and determination to “Level Up”.

Specifically, in STAGE 1: STARTER (February 5th-14th) for the free certificate group, 06 FSUs reached the 300 certificate mark the fastest, including FHM, FHN, GHC, FI, GST, and EBS.

In STAGE 2: CHALLENGE for the paid certificate group, FHN is the unit with the highest number of certificates as of February 19th (milestone 1 of the race), and was awarded 20 million VND.

Remarkably, milestone 3 of the race – Top 3 FSUs with the most NVidia certificates at the time FSOFT reaches 500 certificates or at the end of Q1.2024 – found its owners in the first 11 days. FHN, AIC, and FHM are the leading FSUs in milestone 3 with rewards of 50 – 30 – 20 million VND respectively.

Announcing the results in the weekly meeting this week, the FSOFT Leadership Board at the 3 points of Hanoi – Da Nang – Ho Chi Minh City could not help but be surprised and proud of the achievements of the participating teams and individuals. The enthusiastic spirit and relentless effort have made the FSOFTers determined to “Level Up”, diligently studying even during the Lunar New Year. The rewards sent to the units are not only a gift of encouragement but also an affirmation of the strategy of investing in people, improving the capacity and value of each individual, thereby creating strength for the whole FSOFT collective.

Starting the new year, the NVidia Certification Race has successfully exceeded expectations in terms of the number of certificates achieved, promising that 2024 will be a year of explosion in improving human resources quality, helping FSOFT to increasingly increase its competitiveness, affirm its capacity on the international arena, and gradually achieve the 5 GIGA goals and become a “World-Class Company”.
