“OKR helps us to clearly define the route”
Towards the common goal of the “Improve performance create test design and create test case” unit, Mr. Le Dang Phuoc (IVS.B3) has established OKRs corresponding to BU’s criteria and has a well-known OKR implementation method. From here, he is honored to become one of two FPTers to win the title of “Excellent individual OKR at the group level” in the second quarter of 2022.
Stick to the goal with specific Key Results: (1) Increasing the performance of test design from 25 to 35 testcases; (2) Increasing the performance of creating testcases from 40 to 50 testcases, Mr. Phuoc made every effort to complete OKR with outstanding results – Key results progress reached 250%.
“The goal set in the second quarter OKR is to improve performance, so I always tell myself to try to meet and exceed the previously set criteria,” said Mr. Phuoc.

He also shared that, compared to the first time when he knew OKR, it was still strange because he did not fully understand the criteria and orientation in setting up, but the next time OKRs, he focused on specific goals and have specific indicators/numbers for easy evaluation and clarity in execution.
“This is my first time getting an OKR award. I’m really surprised and extremely happy because the efforts at work have been recognized through the criteria in OKR. Hopefully, the FSOFTer will be really serious with the set OKR criteria and strive to achieve them. Sometimes we set a goal but let it go, OKR will be a tool to help us map out a roadmap, and clearly define what needs to be prioritized so that the process of personal development does not deviate the direction,” said Mr. Phuoc.
