Party General Secretary and State President To Lam witnesses FPT sign six AI transformation partnerships with major corporations in Thailand and Singapore
Within the framework of the Vietnam–Thailand Business Forum and the Vietnam–Singapore Technology Connectivity Forum, and in the presence of Party General Secretary and State President To Lam, FPT signed six strategic cooperation agreements on AI transformation and digital transformation with leading conglomerates across agriculture–food, manufacturing, banking, energy, logistics, and ground services.
The partnerships underscore FPT’s increasingly prominent role in the global AI transformation wave, as top corporations in Thailand, Singapore and the wider region entrust the company to co-deploy large-scale AI strategies. They also serve as proof of FPT’s technological capabilities, execution capacity and international credibility – reinforcing Vietnam’s position as a strategic technology partner in the region.
Commenting on the agreements, CEO of FPT Nguyen Van Khoa said the decision by regional leaders to select FPT for strategic AI transformation programs reflects rising interest and growing demand for applying AI to production, business and operations.
“However, in our experience, the biggest challenge is not access to technology, but embedding AI into the right processes, with the right people and the right governance model to create real value. That is why FPT developed CASAN – an AI-Native capability framework with five levels – providing enterprises with a clear AI transformation roadmap from exploration to making AI a core organizational capability. These collaborations not only expand AI adoption in key economic sectors but also help shape large-scale AI transformation models that deliver measurable, replicable outcomes,” Mr. Khoa emphasized.

Thailand: Partnerships with CPF and SCG
In Thailand, FPT signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF), a global leader in agro-industrial and food businesses, to study and deploy AI and digital transformation solutions across the group’s value chain. The cooperation focuses on enhancing data analytics, traceability and intelligent operations.
FPT also partnered with SCG, one of ASEAN’s leading industrial conglomerates, to research and implement next-generation AI and digital transformation initiatives across SCG’s business ecosystem. Key areas include AI transformation, Agentic AI, smart operations, ERP consulting and digital infrastructure development.
Potential applications include AI-driven production optimization, predictive maintenance, intelligent supply chain management, warehouse automation, quality control and Digital Twin – aimed at improving operational efficiency while supporting sustainability goals. The cooperation is expected to scale AI adoption across SCG’s subsidiaries in chemicals and petrochemicals, cement and building materials, packaging, logistics and enterprise transformation.

Singapore: Expanded cooperation across finance, energy, logistics and transport
In Singapore, FPT expanded cooperation with a series of industry leaders in finance, energy, logistics and transportation.
With UOB, FPT and the leading Asian multinational bank will form a strategic partnership to accelerate AI and digital transformation, drive financial services innovation, and develop the regional fintech ecosystem.
With Sembcorp, Singapore’s leading energy and sustainable urban development group, FPT will advance collaboration in AI transformation, digital transformation, data centers, renewable energy and smart urban development – paving the way for large-scale digital transformation projects that leverage both sides’ strengths.
In logistics and transportation, FPT signed a cooperation agreement with Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS), a ground and cargo services provider with more than 50 years of experience, to explore and develop strategic collaboration in AI, technological innovation and logistics across Singapore, Vietnam and Asia. In parallel, FPT will establish a strategic partnership with ComfortDelGro, one of the world’s largest multinational transport groups, to develop smart mobility solutions, optimize operations and enhance customer experience across the region.
The series of collaborations with leading enterprises highlights FPT’s capabilities as a technology partner supporting organizations in executing large-scale AI transformation strategies – from consulting and solution design to real-world deployment and operational optimization.

CASAN: FPT’s five-level AI-Native capability framework
CASAN – FPT’s AI-Native capability framework – comprises five levels: Curious (AI exploration and experimentation), Augmented (using AI to boost individual productivity), Standard (systematic AI governance, data standards and architecture), Automatic (AI autonomously runs processes and delivers clear business value), and Native (restructuring the entire enterprise with AI at the core). CASAN’s core purpose is to provide a structured roadmap that helps enterprises avoid fragmented deployments, thereby optimizing operational efficiency and accelerating AI transformation.
After more than a decade of investment, FPT has built a comprehensive AI ecosystem spanning research, platform development, products, services and solutions, as well as talent training from primary education to PhD level. The FPT.AI platform now records more than 200 million uses per month, helping international partners save up to 45% in operating costs. Across Asia-Pacific, FPT currently serves as a technology partner to more than 500 enterprises in large-scale operational modernization and digital transformation.
