Pioneering flag of May 2022 discusses how to change negative behavior

“SWITCH – How to change things when change is hard” will be the next topic in the series of “Pioneering flags, innovation destiny” in 2022. The program will take place at 2pm on May 27 at Anh Sau room, F-Ville 2 (Hanoi) and online via Webex for interested FSOFTers. By participating in the program, FSOFTer will be recognized for training time for MOOC 2022.

Habits, bad behaviors, negative thoughts, etc. happen every day and every hour due to many influences around us and we all want to change those negative behaviors. However, with this change, it is always easier said than done. All behaviors that we want to change, from simple to complex, require effort and a plan to implement. Because it is very difficult to change behavior and it is not easy to find ways to motivate yourself and others.

The return of Mr. Phan Manh Dan (GAM.BOD) will bring to the program sharing and practical lessons about behavior change in life and work at FSOFT. With the speaker’s experience and humorous style, he promises to bring many useful and interesting things to the attendees.

Especially, 03 FSOFTers who predict NPS early and closest (bottom) to CTC’s report after the training session will receive a reward of 50 gold/prize by commenting on THIS POST with the syntax: Account_NPS index forecast. The NPS index ranges from 0 to 100. The predicted deadline is 12 o’clock on May 27.
