Platinum Club 2023 welcomes 975 members
This year, FSOFT welcomes 975 excellent employees to join Platinum Club. With a membership increase of more than 25% over 2022, the members of Platinum Club 2023 are expected to be energetic at work, bringing greater success.
Platinum Club was established in 2017, gathering and honoring the best individuals of FSOFT Vietnam. In 2023, Platinum Club reaches 975 members, including 848 employees ranked in the top 5% of A+ Delivery, 137 employees ranked in FPT’s Top 100 and FSOFT’s Top 100, 1 excellent Youth Union staff.
In gratitude for the great dedication of the Platinum Club members, FSOFT offers exclusive privileges to these employees:
- Attend the honor ceremony at the FSU/HO (which is planned to take place in July 2023)
- The card set exclusively for Platinum Club members includes an employee ID badge, a Platinum Club card cover and a card string.
- FPT Care for relatives or other equivalent benefits
- Platinum Club members for 2 consecutive years are recognized as 2 stars and the bonus of a one-month salary. Members for 3 consecutive years or more are recognized as 3 stars and the bonus of a two-month salary.
- The insignia of Platinum Club members is displayed on personal Workplace.
As the new Platinum Club member, Mr. Parthiban Subburam – QA Lead at FHM.Z13 said: “I feel surprised and so excited when I get to know this honor. The benefits of Platinum Club are very useful for me personally and professionally”.
As a PM who greatly contributes to FSOFT’s training activities, Ms. Hoang Lan Huong (FHN.DNA) talked about her Platinum milestones: “I’m proud to be a Platinum Club member. In addition, partners and customers highly appreciate our employee recognition, which is expected to convey FPT’s nice image to them”.
In order to become a 3-star Platinum Club member, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh – PM of FDN.DSI has been dedicated to any mission. He added: “Sweet fruits result from our journey, the way we walk on that path. Stick with it!”.
