PM Workshop March 2022: Find solution for “Reduce turn-over rate in effective project management” problem
From 2 pm to 4 pm on March 24, PM Workshop in March with the “Reduce turn-over rate in effective project management” theme will be shared from the perspective of special speakers, including FSOFT Chairperson Chu Thi Thanh Ha. To participate in this workshop, PM register here.
Keeping stable personnel, enhancing the skills and experience of personnel in the project is one of the key points for the project to go far and grow sustainably. However, many projects are struggling to find ways to solve problems such as How to minimize the job-hopping rate; How to connect and strengthen the skills and expertise of personnel, etc. The answer will be “revealed” in the next PM Workshop in March 2022.
The PMs participating in the workshop will have the opportunity to exchange this topic with the speakers who are C-level, FSUL, Vice FSUL having experienced many big “battles” and possess a wealth of experience on HR-related issues.
