Procedure to register for rent support for FSOFTers in Danang
On June 1, SSC.HR Da Nang issued an official document instructing employees to register for the “rent support” under Decision No. 08/2022/QD-TTg dated March 28, 2022 of the Prime Minister. Accordingly, employees who fully meet the conditions will receive rent support from 500,000 to 1,000,000 VND/person/month depending on the group of subjects.
The policy applies to employees who are working at the company and participating in compulsory social insurance in the month preceding the time the company prepares the application for payment of the rent support. It is not applicable to cases where employees have not participated in social insurance at the company such as cases of unpaid leave, sick leave, or temporary leave of 14 days or more.
As currently there is no written document for employees on maternity leave, SSC HR will inform such employees later. Specific support levels for each target group are detailed in the table below:

Employees who meet the conditions in one of the two groups in the table above and need to receive support, please register HERE before 12:00 on June 2, 2022. After this time, SSC HR will close the registration form to process the next procedures.
After compiling the list of registrations, before 5:00 p.m. on June 3, 2022, SSC HR will send personal information and detailed instructions to each employee eligible to receive rent support as prescribed so that employees have enough information to fill in the Form 01 as mentioned in the Document to be prepared section. Therefore, employees need to check the next email and follow the instructions in it.
Note: (important)
- Employees are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information declared about their stay as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 7 and Clause 1, Article 11 of Decision 08/2022/QD-TTg and employees need provide back a hard copy filled with personal information and confirmation of the landlord according to form 01 (Note: Landlord sign + full name + phone number as prescribed)
- Each form 01 is only applicable for 01 month, so for employees who want to receive support for 3 months, it is necessary to make 3 copies of form 01.
- In the address part: employees need to specify the house number, group, street name, village, commune/ward/township, district/district/town, province/city (if the information is incomplete, the application will be returned by a state agency)
- In case employees have signed labor contracts with many companies, they should contact the company where they are participating in compulsory social insurance for support.
- Support only for employees who are renting in 24 provinces and centrally run cities in 04 key economic regions as in Clause 2.b, Article 1, Chapter I, 08/2022/QD-TTg
- Employees need to follow the instructions in the email sent directly by HangNTT30 and reply to it with the form 01 already filled by the deadline. Incorrect/late submissions will not be supported.
- Expected payment period is from September 2022 to December 2022
- The support money will be transferred directly to the employee’s personal account by the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Son Tra District.
