Process Day 2023: A new series of joining hands with FSOFTers to reach the “Focus-tomer” goal

With the theme “Focus-tomer” and keywords “Scope Management”, “Customer Expectation”, “Risk Management”, Process Day 2023 is a campaign organized by FQC in collaboration with SEPG and PMO, aimed at promoting the spirit of innovation for employees who are implementing process at FSOFT.

The first event of the series is the minigame “Discover Process knowledge – Process Day 2023”, held on the myFPT app for FSOFTers from 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. on March 13, 14 and 15, 2023, focusing on the history of the process date, the latest information about FSOFT’s Process. Giving correct answers to all questions, FSOFTers will have the opportunity to receive prizes up to VND 9 million in total. In addition, a minigame intended for FSOFT’s process teams will be held to strengthen the expertise of FQCers, SEPGers and PMOers.

Highly focusing on customers as well as proactively catching changes in the business environment, PM Workshop with the theme “Customer Expectation” will take place on March 14. At the workshop, FSOFTers will meet speaker Mr. Sanjeev Garg from FJP.PMO, to learn about how “Customer Expectation” is shaping the work mindset of individuals and process teams.

The highlight of Process Day this year is the “Perfect Couple”, involving QA and PM – two key factors who implement the process in projects and spreading the value of the process to each member, each project in FSOFT. Deeping dive into the perspectives of QA and PM, the “Perfect Couple” is aimed at concretizing the values of these two jobs and how they join hands to reach FSOFT’s World-Class mission.

The activities of FSOFT Process Day 2023 (March 16, 2023) are expected to spread the common message of Process Day 2023. This is an opportunity for FSOFTers to better understand the value of the process in the context of the fast-changing market, meeting expectations and bringing more value to partners and customers.
