QA forces at FSOFT Philippines keeps improving to “Aim high, fly high” in 2022

The year 2021 was the time when the QA team at FPHIL “picked up gears”, learned, developed skills, and took on new challenges to achieve the set goals.

Recently, with the guidance of Mr. Ralf Mosqueda – QA Manager at FPHIL, the QA team had a strategic discussion for the plan in 2022. The team set goals in line with OB’s goals and processes, which are based on organization and delivery level.

FPHIL’s Management Systems-focused high-level goals set for the coming year include continuing to meet ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification at the CEBU office and expanding to the Manila office, which is compliant with ISO/IEC 20000 with Service Management criteria and 100% PCV compliance for all projects.

Although this is not a small challenge, Mr. Ralf has energized the QA team by sharing details and completeness of the programs that will serve as the main driving force to help the whole team achieve their goals. In addition, FPHIL also outlines clear strategies, plans and directions to ensure the successful completion of programs.

In addition, members further discussed resource readiness, outlined a clear communication plan, assessed risks, and committed to a common goal.

In order to improve teamwork throughout the year, Mr. Ralf has developed programs for employees such as Kumustahan sessions, which are events honoring achievements and bonding to inspire and motivate the whole team.

After the meeting, each team member felt inspired by the opportunities and challenges, and committed to staying focused to achieve set goals with the spirit of “One dream, one team”.
