Revealing the brand-new competition category of iKhiến 2025

For the first time in the iKhiến program, a new competition category: Culture – has been introduced alongside the two familiar categories: Product and Tool – Process. This move clearly reflects FPT’s vision: innovation is not confined to technology but is deeply rooted in the identity and human values of FPT.

This marks the inaugural year for the Culture category in iKhiến. The objective of this new contest segment is to foster employee engagement, enhance the quality of the working environment, elevate the corporate brand, and affirm FPT’s core value as a “Happy Workplace”.

The Culture category acknowledges initiatives that have been implemented within units, proven effective, and show potential for replication across other departments. These include improvement solutions or creative products designed to strengthen employee connection, promote the spread of FPT’s cultural values, improve the work environment, and enhance the experience for both current and prospective employees.

The evaluation committee will assess and rank initiatives in the Culture category based on three criteria: 60% effectiveness (practical application with measurable or verifiable results), 30% creativity, and 10% sustainability.

Similar to the other two categories, the Culture category will feature monthly and annual awards, offering performance-based rewards for initiatives with the potential for widespread adoption across FPT’s subsidiaries, in accordance with the iKhiến program’s recognition policies.

The panel of judges comprises seasoned leaders and managers with extensive experience in promoting and enriching FPT’s corporate culture and enhancing employees’ spiritual well-being.

Over eight seasons of iKhiến (from 2017 to 2024), the competition has recorded a total of 9,389 submitted initiatives. In 2024 alone, 3,352 initiatives were submitted – an increase of 446 compared to 2023 (2,906 initiatives).

The program plays a pivotal role in preserving and promoting FPT’s “Innovation DNA”, inspiring authors from various subsidiaries to tackle major challenges, generate breakthrough ideas, and bring their innovations to life. iKhiến significantly contributes to the successful scaling of initiatives and the continued expansion of FPT’s network of innovators.
