Rewards for iKhien and Bird Tank 2025 winning initiatives

Yesterday afternoon, during the weekly kickoff meeting, FSOFT’s Leadership Board honored six author groups for five initiatives that won iKhien awards (Corporate level) and one initiative that won the Bird Tank award (FSOFT level), recognizing their continuous creativity and the practical value their innovations have brought.

Bird Tank 2025 continues to be FSOFT’s largest innovation playground, with impressive figures: 24 FSUs & OBs have been connected, the program ran for 7 months through 6 fiercely competitive rounds, attracting a total of 90 registered initiatives. In summary, the organizers awarded 6 Gold, 11 Silver, and 10 Bronze prizes for the best initiatives, fostering creativity and product development across the organization.

At the corporate level, iKhien 2025 also saw 16 initiatives from FSOFT competing, winning 6 Gold, 6 Silver, 8 Bronze, and 1 Consolation prize. These results have helped FSOFT lead the iKhien competition at the corporate level in 2025.

Yesterday afternoon, the six honored author groups included:

  • The STU unit with the iKhien 2025 Gold award for the “GPT4ODC” project – a comprehensive AI operation platform for the internal ODC environment, meeting strict security requirements, saving costs, and optimizing efficiency; deployed to over 100 users at 5 ODCs in Japan and Europe, with over 80% of devices in long-term use.
  • The SSC & IDO alliance received the iKhien 2025 Silver award for the “Travelmate” feature on the myFPT app, which has served over 23,000 visits from 9,000 users, supporting efficient and convenient business trip information and schedule management.
  • The FHM team received the iKhien 2025 Bronze award for the “The Light of Vehicle Bidding” feature, which contributes to the optimization of vehicle bidding processes, saving businesses time and operational costs.
  • The DCE & IDO alliance with the iKhien 2025 Bronze award for the “Cuder Adventure” solution – an initiative for team connection, enhancing internal cohesion, and teamwork spirit.
  • The PRC + IC + CPD collective from FJP with the iKhien 2025 Bronze award for the “Me Cut 30” project, reducing communication costs by 30%, improving work efficiency, and value.
  • The FKR & IDO alliance with the Bird Tank Gold award for the “EZFinance” modern financial management solution, helping businesses enhance operational efficiency and increase flexibility.

The honored author groups were praised and received rewards of 10-5-3-1 million VND from FSOFT’s Leadership Board, recognizing their efforts in innovation, creativity, exploration, and AI application to work, bringing practical value to FSOFT and its customers.
