Sharktank 2023 is back with a huge bonus up to VND 200 million
Following its success in 2022, the “SharkTank” campaign is back with challenges and a total prize up to VND 200 million.
In terms of differences, “Sharktank” 2023 focuses on prestigious certificates and Udacity certificates from January 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023. The unit’s certificate rate is based on the total number of international certificates in the year divided by the number of employees with valid labor contracts up to October 31, 2023. FSUs are expected to reach an annual average rate of 25% or more.
The campaign is aimed at motivating employees in units to win international certificates in alignment with personal development. As a result, FSUs gain competitive advantages and enhance the customer’s reliability, improving the quality of FSOFT’s human resources.
The award categories include:
- 01 DADDY SHARK prize worth 55 million VND goes to FSU from 1.000 employees with the highest average certificate rate
- 01 MAMMY SHARK prize worth 35 million VND goes to FSU from 500 to less than 1.000 employees with the highest average certificate rate
- 01 BABY SHARK prize worth 20 million VND goes to FSU from 100 to under 500 employees with the highest average certificate rate
- 01 STRATEGIC SHARK prize worth 30 million VND goes to FSU with the highest average rate of strategic certificates, but not less than 25%.
The unit’s average rate of strategic certificates is calculated by the number of strategic certificates divided by the number of unit members with valid labor contracts up to October 31, 2023.
The LEARNING SHARK TEAM prize worth VND 60 million is equally distributed among FSUs that reach an average certificate rate of 50% or more.
In 2023, the 20K Certificates program is launched by FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha and implemented by CTC Training Center, with a high focus on winning prestigious certificates and Udacity certificates. The program is expected to reach 12.000 new certificates, and strategic certificates like Cloud & Data, Lowcode, AI, Automation, SAP HANA and domain groups Healthcare, Finance, Insurance… are planned to account for 70%.
The support policy for winning international certificates has been updated to better support FSOFTers. In order to receive support, FSOFTers are expected to sign labor contracts and submit exam plans to CTC in advance HERE, which is a necessary condition for FSOFTers to receive exam fee support.
